Full refund within a limited period.
For cancellations by Guests, cancellation charges depend on when Mirum LLC receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum cancellation charges are as follows:
Hotel, Condos or Airbnb Guests:
24 hours or less: No Refund
48 hours or less: 50% Cancellation Fee
96 hours or less: 25% Cancellation Fee
96+ hours: Full Refund
Shore Excursions:
96 hours or more: Full Refund
Less than 96 hours: No Refund
Group Reservations:
60 days prior to tour date: Full Refund
45 days prior to tour date: 50% Cancellation Fee
30 days prior to tour date: 75% Cancellation fee
Less than 30 days prior to tour date: No Refund
All cancellations, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Mirum LLC Tours will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, the client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF TOUR OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED.
Refund Policy:
No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of your tour not utilized.
Changes to Reservations:
All requested changes to reservations are subject to Mirum LLC’ sole discretion, and any changes must be approved in writing.
Changes are subject to all applicable fees, and charges. Guests wishing to make a change, please call 1.829-383-8334 during office hours if not, then use our contact form, chat box, Whatsapp or email.
No Unlawful Or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
Prepaid Tour & Excursion Reservations
By reserving your tour and excursion, you authorize Mirum LLC to book reservations for the total reservation price. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Mirum LLC for the total reservation price.
Bank & Credit Card Fees
Some banks and credit cards impose fees for cross-border transactions. By reserving your tour and excursion on this website, you may see an additional cost/fee appearing on your credit card statement. This fee is solely determined by your Bank and/or Credit Card Company and Mirum LLC takes no responsibility for these associated costs. If you have any questions about these types of fees applied to your reservation, please contact your bank directly.

Went far down the beach to the river, through the jungle and offered to continue to keep going even as it was starting to get dark. I cannot express how impressed I was with the ranchers....who I assume was the owner, and I'm a terrible person as I don't recall his name. Even the dogs went with us. Great time.

Александра Звягинцева2023-11-14Today was a day to remember, I really enjoyed everything. This walk left very pleasant and delightful impressions and emotions. Everything was safe, the horses were trained and obeyed the man, the horse understood everything with one movement of his hand. It was very nice to also look at the majestic and graceful horses that looked well-groomed and fed. At the end of the walk, a video from a drone was provided, as well as a small number of photos that could be purchased as a souvenir with beautiful views (This is not mentioned anywhere). The short summary is that everything was great.
